- The Bradley House is a non-smoking establishment
- We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You are required to cancel within this time period or you will be charged a minimum of one nights stay. If you are booking
within that 72 hour time period and do not cancel then you will be charged a minimum of one nights stay.
If you are booking a holiday or holiday weekend then we have a one week notice cancellation policy which applies with one nights lodging deposit.
If the room is re-booked deposit will be refunded. If you book within the week of the cancellation period and cancel within that week then
deposit is non refundable unless room is booked. If you are booking for a wedding then the cancellation policy is one month before the event, especially between the months of May to October. If you are booking for your wedding party under your
name and not theirs and you are using your credit card to hold the reservation, then you are responsible for all the bookings, one month cancellation policy and deposits. We strongly advise that unless you want to be charged for no shows,
or non cancellations or cancellations without advanced noticed that is required that you have your guests book their own rooms with their own credit card.
