· Visa and MasterCard and Cash accepted. We do not take rebate cards like mileage plus or Airline miles and all credit cards will have a transaction fee. We also have an ATM right down the street.

· We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You are required to cancel within this time period or you will be charged a minimum of one nights stay. If you are booking within that 72 hour and cancel you will be charged for the full reservation unless we re-book the room. If the room is re-booked then you will just be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

· Holidays (which include Bald Eagle) require a 4 week cancellation policy. We have set this reservation aside for you and with being booked on holidays it gives us a better chance to re-book the room.

· If you are holding a reservation with your credit card then you’re responsible for the reservation.

· For a cancellation to be valid you must receive a confirmation via email from us or we will give you a cancellation code over the phone. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

· Check In between 4:00-6:00 p.m. or by advance arrangements

· Check Out  is by 10:00 a.m. If you need a later check out time please feel free to ask.
